HEAVY WEIGHT TARPAULINS
We aim to beat any genuine UK price on 18oz (630 gram) heavy duty PVC providing it is from our current stock, colour and standard make-up. All this and it is available TODAY!
Our complete range of heavy duty tarpaulins is quite vast, ranging from lightweight PVCs to our heavyweight 18oz (610 gram) cotton British canvas, but for the majority of uses our 12oz PVC coated nylon is usually sufficient.
Our most popular materials, the 12oz are for general purpose covers, the 18oz is suitable for lorry covers, shipping and all heavy day to day usage.
Most sheets are made from PVC because of its low maintenance. Canvas can rot if rolled up wet and is never fully waterproof due to the stitched seams, and over a period of time will lose its wax proofing reducing its water repelling qualities.
All our heavy duty sheets are available in any size custom created for each individual customer. The sizes here are JUST A GUIDE, but make sure you get the size correct otherwise you could be paying for extra sheeting you don't need.
ALL OUR STANDARD HEAVY DUTY TARPAULINS COME COMPLTETE AND READY FUR USE WITH:
stitched hem, brass spur toothed eyelets, ropes (6mm approximately 2m long), all these are around the perimeter, the eyes and ropes at distances of between 3-5 feet (1-1.5m) depending on the size.
EXTRAS AVAILABLE ARE:
Extra eyelets, extra ropes, extra thick ropes (10mm), pockets for poles, draw cords etc, chaffing bands, boxed corners for a neater fit.
Colours available are blue red green white black and yellow.
